At MagicSimSim, owned and operated by Aarvak Garments Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize delivering your bespoke, handcrafted artwork securely and in a timely manner. This policy outlines the procedures, timeframes, and responsibilities for shipping your custom orders.

Processing Time

  1.  All our orders are custom-made, and the processing time can vary depending on the complexity and size of the artwork.
  2. Typically, orders are processed and ready for shipment within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of confirmation. For intricate or large-scale works, additional processing time may be required, which is mentioned on the product page.

Packaging and Handling

  1. The commissioned artwork is wrapped in specially made bubble wrap, which is further put in a handmade hard wooden box to protect it from damage during transit. Our team ensures that every package meets high standards of safety and presentation.

Domestic Shipping (within India)

  1. We provide free delivery in India.
  2. We partner with reliable domestic carriers, like Blue Dart and DTDC to ensure prompt and secure delivery within 3 to 7 business days, once the order is dispatched.
  3. Tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping (Outside India)

  1.  For international orders, we utilize reputable global logistics providers like DHL Express Shipping to deliver artworks securely.
  2. International delivery is done usually in 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. .
  3. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, dimensions of the package.
  4. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.
  5. Tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

  1. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect address details.

Order Tracking and Notifications

  1. You will receive a shipping confirmation WhatsApp with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping-Related Issues

  1. Delayed Delivery:
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues. We will keep you informed of any substantial delays and work diligently to resolve them.
  1. Damaged Packages:
  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document it with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Our return policy for shipping-related damages will apply (please refer to our Return Policy for details).

International Customs and Duties

  1. MagicSimSim is not responsible for any customs delays or fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and pay any customs charges or fees applicable in their country.
